Abstracts

The meeting’s official language will be English.

Abstracts should be submitted via your "Personal Area" after registration. Please, login using the login and the password provided during the registration process and then proceed with "abstract submission".

Please be informed that we only accept two abstracts per registration (maximum 1 oral presentation per registration).

The 15 best posters from master or PhD students will be selected for flash presentations, which will include a poster display and a 5-minute PowerPoint presentation.

The deadline for abstract submission is 28 February 2025.

The Scientific Committee will notify authors about the acceptance of their abstracts for oral or poster presentation until 31 March 2025.

All accepted papers will be included in the book of abstracts.

The abstract should be written in English and submitted in word format.
