Hotel recommendations:

This is the list of hotels which provide discounts for room rates (single/double) from 3^rd to 9^th of August for ESFC Lisbon. Please check the location and conditions and book directly with the hotel/agency.

Student accommodation:

Students can book accommodation during the 21^st ESFC LISBON in the university residences with the following prices:

The students must register first for the conference, and after filling in the registration form, the students who are interested in the student accommodation will be contacted to apply for the residence vacancies.

The vacancies are limited (85 vacancies in total) and distributed in two university residences (Lumiar Halls or Manuel da Maia Residence). Therefore, they will be confirmed in chronological order after the student residence form submission and will be charged after the accommodation confirmation. When filling out the student residence form (that will be sent after the conference registration form), please choose just the Lumiar Residence from three options, preferred room type and add the code 21ESFC2025 in the comment section. Hereafter, you will receive the confirmation of availability and details of the accommodation to which residence you were allocated - Manuel da Maia Residence or Lumiar Residence, and to which room type (based on the availability).
