* Students must provide a document proving that they are enrolled in a PhD or Master's program. Students are further entitled to apply for the accommodation in student residences, depending on the availability – please check the student accommodation section.

A buffet lunch at the Congress Venue (CCL) is available for an additional fee of €36 per person, per day. Participants can select between 2 to 4 lunches during registration.
The Gala Dinner will take place on the 7th of August (€95 per person) at SUD Lisboa Hall, just a 15-minute walk from the Conference Venue. The route follows a picturesque riverside path offering breathtaking views of Lisbon's iconic 25th of April Bridge. For further details, please refer to the Social Program section.

A proforma document can be download at personal area but first is required to fill some data.

Payment with credit card is possible - choose the payment method in your personal/registration area and follow the guidelines.
Cancellation and refund:
If a registered participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
For any cancellation received until 30 April, an administrative fee equal to 20 percent of your registration fee will be charged.
For any cancellation received from 1 May until 15 June, an administrative fee equal to 50 percent of your registration fee will be charged.
For any cancellation received after 16 June, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.
Refunds will be handled after the Meeting
It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
